Honeybee is made by Guiga Labs. It finds jobs that fit you, fills in applications for you and keeps track of them. This page says what we keep to do that, who else sees it, and how to get it deleted.

What we keep

  • Your account: name, email and how you sign in.
  • Your profile: resume, saved answers to application questions, accomplishments, target companies, referral contacts and search settings.
  • Logins you give us for job sites, and ones honeybee creates for you on those sites. These are encrypted before they're stored.
  • Your board and runs: the jobs you track, what each application did, and the resume that went out with it.

Who else sees it

  • The employers you apply to, through their job sites. That's the point: honeybee sends them the application you asked for.
  • Cloudflare, which hosts honeybee and stores its data.
  • Anthropic, through your own Claude Code on your computer, which reads job pages and fills in forms during a run. Your browser and Claude subscription stay on your computer.
  • TypeSafe or Cloudflare Workers AI, depending on the model we run, which score postings, match form answers and sort mail when you ask honeybee to.
  • CapSolver, which solves captchas on job sites.
  • The AI assistant you connect honeybee to (like Claude or ChatGPT), for whatever you ask it to read through honeybee.

We don't sell your data or use it for ads.

Deleting your data

Email honeybee@guigalabs.com from your account's address and we'll delete your account and everything above within 30 days. Applications already sent to employers stay with them.
